Plans and licenses

Ramulus is independent Mac software for working with your own Claude Code sessions. Claude access and billing are separate. Ramulus is not affiliated with Anthropic.

Pro monthly and Pro yearly are recurring subscriptions, with the billing period and price shown at checkout. Lifetime is a one-time license. Lifetime is for the life of the product version line, not forever. It is not a promise that the product, updates, support or third-party services will be available forever.

A licence can be activated on up to two of your own Macs.

Payments and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle.com provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You can cancel Pro at any time through the customer portal or by emailing kit@altimany.com. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days from purchase for any plan: Pro monthly, Pro yearly or Lifetime. No reason is needed. Email kit@altimany.com or use the link on your Paddle receipt. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle. No partial refunds are offered after day 14. See the refund policy for details.

These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
