Refund policy

A licence can be activated on up to two of your own Macs.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle.com provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Requesting a refund

You can request a refund within 14 days from purchase for any plan: Pro monthly, Pro yearly or Lifetime. No reason is needed.

Email kit@altimany.com or use the link on your Paddle receipt. Include enough purchase information to locate your order. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle.

Cancelling Pro

You can cancel Pro at any time through the customer portal or by emailing kit@altimany.com. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are offered after day 14.
